Provides support to one or more Organization Managers, helping to ensure programs or projects are executed successfully. Under the leadership of Organization Manager, will perform a wide range of tasks to help drive overall implementation of programproject goals and objectives. Coordinates the activities resources to facilitate the successful completion of multiple programsprojects. Candidates can Avail work from home or choose WeWork in Atlanta, GA Principal Duties and Responsibilities SUPPORT PROGRAMPROJECT MANAGEMENT Track and report programproject metrics and trends to assist Organization Manager with programproject assessmentevaluation. Understand and analyze data, interpret results. Raise flags about potential issues with the Organization Manager. Suggest solutions and implement, if appropriate. Assist with management of programproject budget. Track purchases related to the programproject and ensure bills are paid in a timely manner. Contribute to programproject strategy, design, development, and implementation. Assist Organization Manager with preparing a variety of presentations in support of the programproject objectives. Maintain and revise as necessary procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the programproject, which may include processes for renewing contracts, processing applications, monitoring and tracking performance, special mailing service, etc. Manage programproject websites, both internal and external, including content, structure, and posting. Assist in the development of content on the website author, edit and post content. COORDINATE PROGRAMPROJECT ACTIVITIES Coordinate external partners, including registration. Manage new partner application and contract renewal processes in assigned territory. Monitor and analyze the performance of partners in the territory through course evaluations and other quantifiable means enforce requirements. Provide superior support and service to partners. Coordinate all internal and external programproject communications. Work with the Organization Manager to jointly develop content to ensure clear and consistent information is distributed to partners and customers. Author and edit content. Coordinate network-wide mailings and electronic communication. Maintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories. Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers and external partners on a variety of issues.
