The Senior PLC Engineer will be responsibile for design, development, troubleshooting, and documentation of complete control programs for custom automation equipment. Programming of control systems using PLC??s, PC??s, servo drives, robots, and other more specialized controllers is a requirement. Skilled in troubleshooting of electrical controls and mechanical mechanisms. Need for good organization skills as wells as self-discipline, working well with minimal supervision. You will be expected to set an example of company culture with integrity and professional competence. Adhere to all established procedures as defined by ATS Quality Procedures, Process Flows, Work Instructions, Safety Procedures, Policies and the Employee Expectations.

Education:Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.Bachelor degree preferred but combination of education and industrial experience will be considered.Experience:Minimum three (3) years of experience involving software development and testing for process controls and related automation applications RequiredMust be willing to travel to manufacturing/customer siteCommissioning and startup control system in field requiredMachine level programming for Automation, Transportation, Automotive - Highly Preferred
