As a Product Engineer (NAND Product Reliability) at Micron Singapore, you will support reliability evaluations and product qualifications of non-volatile memory devices. You will work closely with Product/Test and R&D teams to develop and implement reliability test strategies for device qualification and package qualification. You will also be required to perform failure analysis and reliability data analysis for risk assessments. This position requires flexibility in responding to urgent issues during unscheduled hours. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Product reliability evaluation/qualification/monitor planning, execution and tracking for on-schedule product qualification/monitor supportSupport root-cause analysis of qualification test failuresPerform reliability data analysis using JMP, Excel and other reliability toolsPerform electrical failure analysis and coordinate for physical failure analysisPerform risk assessment at all decision points within qualification cycleMonitor reliability metrics and goals to drive quality improvement effortsDevelop and implement new reliability test methodsMaintain close communication with the engineering teams, including Product/Test, R&D, FAB and Quality teams Minimum Qualifications: Candidates without experience are welcome to applyHands-on as well as extensive experience with Semiconductor Reliability, JEDEC standards for device qualification and test methodsGood knowledge of device physics and IC fabrication technologyEffective communication skills and able to work in teamsGood analytical and problem solving skills Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering About Us As the leader in innovative memory solutions, Micron is helping the world make sense of data by delivering technology that is transforming how the world uses information.
