Position: HRIS Specialist
Location: New York, NY

Hourly Rate: $25
Position Summary: The HRIS Specialist, will support the maintenance of the Human Resource Systems (HRIS/ATS/Timekeeping) through employee-lifecycle processing, reporting, auditing, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred
  • 3 years of HRIS administration experience in employee life cycle


Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for processing all employee life-cycle changes including, new hires, transfers, promotions, status, demographic changes, LOA s, salary adjustments and terminations
  • Assist in creating month-end, quarterly and ad-hoc reports, other custom reporting from the HRIS system
  • Create and run audit reports to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues
  • Ensure new hire data/paperwork is processed efficiently and promoted for payroll inclusion
  • Correspond with new hires during on-boarding
  • Manage the HR filing system (electronic & physical) and the creation of employee files
  • Process employment verification and termination letters
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems/functionality
  • Assist in training end-users on new HRIS processes/functionality
